Talent Management Practices, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention; Empirical Evidence from Malaysian SMEs

The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between talent management practices, employee engagement, and retention in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Malaysia. To assess current issues industry, a researcher performed study relevant themes subjects most recent literature. above utilizes framework analyze business environment, while also providing insight on how employees engagement. A quantitative was done. self-administered questionnaire used study. In study, convenience sampling methods were employed. total 55 answered surveys correctly. This analyzed using SPSS version 26. According findings practices have beneficial impact engagement retention. Talent contribute for 74.3 percent it expected improve by 92 if indicated. other hand, accounted are projected grow implemented business. conclusion from into may retention, allowing organization achieve performance.
